Why choose
the Sibson Inn for your wedding ?
One of the main benefits of having
your wedding at The Sibson is that we only have one wedding on per day, so you will have exclusive use of all the function
facilities.
Simon and David will always be working on your special day. We will be involved throughout the planning
stages and personally supervise everything for you. If you decide to get married here we will ensure that all your guests
know where they are going and get the bride and groom to the registrars on time.

We are also very flexible, we provide menu choices for your guests, that means you get to preorder
a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses ( plus a vegetarian option ) and 2 desserts, we can adapt our menus to suit you. We
have a wide range of vegetarian dishes and regularly experience guests with food allergies or wheat intolerances, etc.
Most hotels offer wedding packages but we prefer a more tailor
made approach as your needs will undoubtably be unique, however to help you we have price lists for every aspect
of your celebration including:

drinks Menu options Evening buffets Disco's For budgeting purposes a full wedding will cost between £40 - £55
per head to include:

1 glass of wine per person

linen, including white linen napkins The total price will very much depend on the type of drinks ordered and the
complexity of the wedding breakfast. Evening buffets vary but you should budget from £ 7.50 to £
10 per head. We have a comprehensive list enabling you to create your own style of buffet.
Evening Hog roasts can
be arranged. They cost £10 per person for all evening guests attending.
Evening Entertainment
Disco
hire is £250, although you can provide your own. Disco's normally start around 8pm and finish at 1 am. You are welcome to organise a live band if you prefer The
bar closes at 12.30
*** Flowers and table decorations Nearly
all of our brides organise their own flowers and table decorations. If we don't have a wedding the day before yours, you
can come and decorate your tables the day before.If this isn't possible we will finish things off to your instructions. *** Civil Marriages and partnerships held at the Sibson Inn Hotel You
will need to contact the registrars office in Huntingdon to book the registrars. There is a fee you will need to pay to them. They will tell you all about the format of the service, readings, allowable
music, photography, video filming, etc.

A brief description of our function rooms follows:
Elton room
The Elton room is a square room approximately 7x7 M.
Self contained with its own entrance and WC's it can accommodate around 16 guests around a large dining table
for a small intimate lunch or dinner party. Room hire is £75 per day. The Elton room is licensed as a
Civil Partnership venue for 43 guests. Room hire for Civil Partnership use is £275

Nassington Hall
The Nassington Hall is approximately 10M x 6M. Ideal for
welcome drinks or a cocktail party, or as a chill-out room away from the main action. Room hire is £150 per day.
The Nassington Hall is licensed as a Civil Partnership venue for 46 guests.
Room hire for Civil Partnership use is £350

Wansford Hall
The Wansford Hall can accommodate up to 50 for a sit-down
meal or up to 80 for a cocktail party. Having its own bar and dance floor makes it ideal for celebrations and parties. In addition there are 2 smaller adjoining rooms: the Burghley Bar
and the Yarwell Lounge, these can be included in your party if required. Room hire is £200 per day.
The Wansford Hall is licensed as a Civil Partnership venue for 64 guests.
Room hire for Civil Partnership use is £400

The Yarwell Lounge
Situated next to and adjoining the Wansford Hall. Seats about 10. Overlooks the marquee if you are
looking for somewhere quieter away from the disco.

of a bar.

Marquee Hire
There are two main sites suitable for a marquee. The large garden to
the left of the building and the enclosed courtyard to the rear of the function rooms. Please call us if you have a large
party or disco in mind.
