Why choose the Sibson Inn for your wedding ?

There are many reasons why The Sibson Inn Hotel is a special wedding venue. We are privately owned and managed so we offer a very personal service, in addtion we only have one wedding on at a time so you will have exclusive use of all the function facilities. We've been here at The Sibson for four years now so we are very experienced in running weddings

Simon or David will always be working on your special day. We will be involved throughout the planning stages and personally supervise everything for you. If you decide to get married here we will ensure that all your guests know where they are going and get the bride and groom to the registrars on time.

We are also very flexible. We provide menu choices for your guests, that means you get to pre-order a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses ( plus a vegetarian option ) and 2 desserts, we can adapt our menus to suit you. We have a wide range of vegetarian dishes and can accommodate special diets.

Most wedding venues offer wedding packages but we've found that our brides appreciate a more tailor made approach. However, to help you we have price lists for every aspect of your celebration including:

Evening Entertainment

Disco's can be arranged through us or you can provide your own. Disco's normally start around 8pm and finish at 1 am.

You are welcome to organise a live band if you prefer

Flowers and table decorations

Nearly all of our brides organise their own flowers and table decorations. If we don't have a wedding the day before yours, you can come and decorate your tables the day before.If this isn't possible we will finish things off to your instructions.

Civil Marriages and partnerships held at the Sibson Inn Hotel

We have 3 rooms that are licenced for Civil Marriages. You will need to contact the registrars in Huntingdon in the first instance to arrange times and dates. There is a fee you will need to pay to them.

They will tell you all about the format of the service, readings, allowable music, photography, video filming, etc.
