Conferences & meetings

We have 5 meeting rooms to suit different needs and groups, from 2 to 60 people.We also have a marquee that can seat up to 150.
 
Our standard delegate day rate is £29.50 (inc VAT) per person. This includes room hire, 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits and choice of hot lunches or a finger buffet. Also included in the price is water, use of flip charts and screen and free WIFI.
 
 
We can also offer pay as you go rates. Room hire starts at £40 for half a day, you can then order drinks and meals as you go. We include flip charts etc in the room hire rate 
 
We can provide a projector at additional cost.
 
We will do our best to accommodate any event you may have in mind. Our grounds can also be used for outdoor activities as they extend to nearly 8 acres.

 

A brief description of each room follows

Elton room
The Elton room is a square room approximately 7x7 M. Self contained with its own entrance and WC's  it can accommodate around 16 delegates in a boardroom arrangement comfortably.

Nassington Hall
The Nassington Hall is approximately 10M x 6M. It can be laid out as a board room, theatre style or classroom style. It can accommodate around 24 delegates in a boardroom arrangement.

Wansford Hall
The Wansford hall can accommodate upto 70 delegates theatre style, and 30 in a boardroom arrangement
The Wansford Hall has its own bar and dance floor making it ideal for celebrations and parties. In addition there are 2 smaller adjoining rooms: the Burghley Bar and the Yarwell Lounge, these can be used as breakout rooms if required. We can provide other spaces around the hotel for additional breakout rooms.

The Sibson Marquee
We have a marquee available for hire. We can cater for 140 seated comfortably for a wedding or banquet.

The marquee forms an integral part of the function facilities incorporating the bars and the WC's
