How
much will it cost?
Estimating the cost
of your wedding reception is not difficult, however you will need to know a few things. In the early stages you can guess
most of them to give an idea of costs.
You will need to know the total number of people attending the day
time wedding breakfast. This should include adults, children and young children that may require high chairs.
Divide
the total number of guests by 8 to arrive at the number of tables required.
Plan to have tables of 8 to start with,
this can be changed later.
Room Hire Price
will depend on whether you will require the marquee or not and whether you will want to get married here or in church
If you want to have more than 50 for a sit down meal then you will probably need the marquee

Day
time drinks & food Welcome drinks - decide
which welcome drinks you want and the numbers of each
Main meal - decide how many main adult meals and childrens
meals you want. Young children in high chairs don't incurr any cost.
Decide how many bottles of wine you
will need per table. Please be aware we don't allow corkage
Decide how many toast drinks you require
and whether you want sparkling wine or champagne. Children can have lemonade served in a champagne flute if you wish.
Evening buffets
Budget at the early stages to spend between £8 and £12
per person.
Hog roasts can be organised on request
We don't generally encourge BBQ's as
they are so weather dependent , however we can provide BBQ style food but cooked and served indoors.
Disco & bands We can book your disco for you , they noramlly cost between £200 to £250,
to be paid to the disco by you direct in cash on the night, or you can book your own.
You are welcome to book
your own band if you wish
Honeymoon Suite
The honeymoon suite will be free of chargeto the bride and groom if
all other guest rooms are booked. Otherwise it will be £120 to include breakfast.

parties of 50.

Marquee
We have a marquee suitable for wedding breakfasts of 50 to 150.
The marquee adjoins the other function rooms giving access to the bars and WC’s. It is also ideal for your evening party
and disco.
The Marquee costs £1000 to hire.
All hire rates
are per day or part of day.
The
whole function complex can be hired for £1000 per day

per day to include your Civil Partnership ceremony
