Originally built in about 1670 as a farm, The Sibson Inn Hotel offers quality accommodation, welcoming bars and good food to the weary traveller, those on business and locals alike.

Our 19 en-suite guest rooms have been recently refurbished to provide comfortable accommodation, together with the ambience and service you would expect from an English Inn we are sure you will enjoy your stay.

Our lunchtime and evening menus have been thoughtfully planned to satisfy the needs of the daytime traveller and those of you under less time pressure. Whether you're on business or pleasure we're sure you will find something to satisfy you . You're more than welcome to stop for a break and have a coffee or snack on that long trip to Leeds or Scotland.

We are open during the week for breakfast from 7.30 am, lunch from 12.00 and sandwiches, coffee, etc. throughout the day.

On Sunday we serve lunch from 12 - 2pm. We close on Sundays at 4pm.

In the evening our restaurant provides a modern a la carte menu provided by our chef Jerry Mills and his team.

Privately owned and run by the owners; David Hinds & Simon Black have already refurbished most of the 19 bedrooms and 5 multi-purpose function rooms. The conference facilities have already been completed and a 160 seater marquee is available, providing a major new wedding venue for the Peterborough and Stamford area.
