The Sibson Inn Hotel is privately owned and run by us: David Hinds and Simon Black. We aim to provide a relaxed and comfortable hotel in the style of the old coaching inns.We believe in good old fashioned British hospitality. Our guests are pleasantly surprised by our level of service and the quality of our food. We have 19 en-suite guest rooms providing comfortable accommodation. All have flat screen Tv's and dvd players, complementary bottled water and tea and coffee. Our lunchtime specials and evening menus are changed daily. Whether you're on business or pleasure we're sure you will find something to interest you . You're more than welcome to stop for a break and have a coffee or snack. We are open during the week to non-residents for breakfast from 7.00 am ( 8 am weekends and Mondays) and lunch from 12.00. We serve hot food all afternoon. Sandwiches, coffee, etc. are available throughout the day. From 6.30 in the evening our restaurant provides a modern a la carte menu provided by our chef Jerry Mills and his team. On Sundays we serve food from 12 - 8 pm. We have a range of conference rooms to suit most requirements. We also specialise in weddings, both small and large, for every budget. We have special deals for Friday and Sunday weddings, details can be found elsewhere on the website.
